As a rescue
organization, we find that many of our dogs need more
medical care than just vaccines and updated shots.

Arthritis
is a common problem with dogs and particularly as they age. As
their caretaker, you are the one that needs to be observant for
changes that can indicate a problem. Common signs to watch for
are: a decrease interest in walking, running or playing:
difficulty climbing stairs or standing up from a lying down
position: inability to get in the car without assistance:
stiffness, limping or a change in the way they walk: or
expressions of pain when attempting to move.
